In preparation for being listed on Borsa İstanbul, a brokerage agreement has been executed between Kuzeyboru A.Ş. and Tacirler Investment Securities Inc.
During the public offering process, Odea Bank A.Ş., the capital markets solution partner of Tacirler Investment Securities, will act as a third party, providing consultancy and banking services. We will continue to share updates throughout the offering process, which will begin with applications to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and Borsa İstanbul.
