Kuzeyboru held its first camp of the year in Ukraine between January 28 – February 2. During the meeting at Hotel Khreschatyk Kyiv, the achievements of 2019 were reviewed, and the goals for 2020 were set.
In the opening speech on behalf of the Kuzeyboru Board of Directors, Bülent Karaman said:
“As Kuzeyboru, we were once again the most preferred company in Turkey and worldwide in 2019. We are delighted to have achieved our goals this year as well.
I would like to thank each of you, on behalf of our board, for being part of a growing family and for carrying Kuzeyboru to the top by achieving our targets. I am confident that we will advance our developing and growing company even further in 2020. With our new production facility, which will become operational in April, we will add strength to our strength. I wish you a successful year and an enjoyable camp period.”
Sales and Marketing Manager Habib Özbek added in his speech:
“There is no doubt we had a successful 2019. This year, we achieved a success rate of 93% with customers who requested quotes from us. Being the preferred company makes us happier every year. We sold to 114 countries worldwide. In Steel-Reinforced Corrugated Pipes and HDPE Pipes, Kuzeyboru became the leading brand in 2019. This is a proud picture for us. In the new year, with our new production facility and machinery investments, we will respond faster to customer demands. Our product range will further expand, keeping us at the top of the sector. 2019 was very successful for the Kuzeyboru family. Now, in 2020, we want to achieve success that surpasses 2019 — and we are ready.”
Providing information about the new production investment and the administrative and social facilities to be launched in the second half of 2020, company architect Mehmet Emin Topgaç shared details about the facilities, which were designed with an innovative and boutique approach.
After the Goal Meeting, departments that had successfully achieved their objectives were rewarded by the board of directors. Following the meeting, the Kuzeyboru family enjoyed pleasant moments together at a Gala Dinner after a cultural tour in Ukraine.
